The intercom is a rugged device designed for harsh environments, meeting industrial and offshore requirements, as well as ATEX Zone 1 operation standards. Its plastic housing is built to withstand chemical and environmental hazards found on- or offshore.

The intercom features a full keypad with one programmable button, manual override (PTT), and Cancel keys. It is fully digital, delivering crystal clear audio with high output through an internal amplifier and a 78 mm speaker, providing over 90dB SPL. With Active Noise Reduction and Acoustic Echo Cancelling, hands-free two-way communication is possible with superior audio quality. An additional built-in secondary 25W amplifier allows for connection to external loudspeakers.

Intercom status indicators display the system status and are compatible with AlphaCom and Exigo systems, as well as supporting SIP functionality for integration with third-party systems.
